Applying for an examination is the first touch point for a potential candidate. The traditional application procedure is tedious, error prone and causes delay in the process and is highly inconvenient for stakeholders.
As the scope of internet increases, many examination bodies have begun leveraging technology to extend internet based services to their test takers. Online Application System
Online applications are accessible from virtually anywhere, and provide the convenience to fill in the application form at any time. Candidates create a login account for themselves in order to access the online form, for the first time. During subsequent logins, they fill in the necessary details, and submit the form. Post submission, they can at any time access their account, to either view the status of their application form, or even to download the e-Hall Tickets, once they are generated.

The solution is hosted in a secure data centre with a high uptime. Applicant data as entered by the Applicant would be captured online as per the rules defined and data will be accessible only to authorized personnel. All data pertaining to the Online Application system may be downloaded in an Excel sheet for use. The application would have two interfaces accessible through separate logins – one for applicants and another for authorized executives of the examination body. There will be a facility to upload a photo and scanned signature. The online forms will auto generate a unique application number.
