Madan Padaki
Co-Founder & CEO

Co-Founder and CEO, Madan is an engineer from the National Institute of Engineering, University of Mysore and an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. He has had stints with Wipro Corporation, Infosys Technologies and BFL Software (now EDS Mphasis).

An active speaker at many forums, specifically on topics pertaining to Assessments, Talent Pools and Employability Enhancement, he is the author of several articles on HR and Employability which have been published in leading publications in India. He is also a well-recognized expert in the field of assessments and talent pools, and the media often quotes him in their reports. He serves on the Governing Council of DOEACC (Ministry of IT, Govt. of India) to evaluate IT education in India. He is an active member of NASSCOM, CII, TiE etc.

Murlidhar S
Co-Founder & COO

Co-Founder and COO, Murlidhar is a mechanical engineer from NIT, Suratkal and an MBA from IIM, Lucknow. He has had stints with organizations like LandT, Asian Paints and Birla 3M. He handles sales, service delivery, finance and HR in MeritTrac. He has been extensively featured in articles on entrepreneurship. He is an avid reader of ancient history, archaeology and space science.

Mohan Kannegal
Co-Founder & CDO

Co-Founder and CDO, Mohan is a Production Engineer from NIT, Surat and an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research. Mohan has had stints at LandT and Citicorp Overseas Software Limited. At Citicorp, London, he was responsible for global support for Citibank's imaging product.

At MeritTrac, Mohan is responsible for Account Management, Test Development, Delivery and IT Platforms. Mohan is also the co-author of a very well received eBook A Beginner’s Guide to Recruitment.

Biju Zachariah
Vice President – Sales (IT/BPO & Education Assessments)

Biju heads Sales - IT/BPO and Education Assessments. A mechanical engineer from Annamalai University and an MBA from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, he has over 17 years of experience in corporate sales. He handled the application business for Sify, prior to which his major stints were with Ingersoll Rand and with a consultancy in the Middle East.

Arvind Thothadri
Vice President – Sales (Key Verticals)

Arvind heads Sales - Key Verticals (non-IT/BPO). An alumnus of IIM, Lucknow and an engineering graduate, he has over 13 years of experience in various divisions of RPG and GE in sales and product management. He has also handled the international business for the American market of a Singaporean trading firm.

Vice President – Sales (Individual Certification)

Rajesh heads Sales - Individual Certification. An engineer from NIT, Suratkal and MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies, he has over 14 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations in Thermax, Titan, Tanishq, Reliance Webstore Ltd. etc.

Prasanna K
Chief Financial Officer

Prasanna heads Finance in MeritTrac. An engineer from NIT, Suratkal, he holds a PGDBM from ICFAI and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has held senior positions in Indalco, Dalmia Cements, JobsAhead and ITPL. He was instrumental in the turnaround of JobsAhead during IT slump.

Dr. V. Natarajan
Chief Consultant

Dr. Natarajan, an engineer and a D.Litt in Educational Evaluation and Administration, guides the Test Development and Research teams in MeritTrac. The author of 68 books and over 60 international papers on assessment, he is one of the pioneers of learning theories in education in India. He is a visiting faculty at ETS, Princeton, USA, and has been a member of the Association of Indian Universities for over three decades.

Srikanth Ganesan C
General Manager

Srikanth heads Technology, Products and Pre-Sales. A science graduate, he has over 17 years of experience in the Enterprise Applications space. His major stint has been in SIFY where he headed pre-sales and delivery. As an entrepreneur in Mumbai, he has delivered applications for supply chain management, enterprise portals and e-commerce engines to customers across the world.

Kavitha Somashekar
General Manager - HR and Training

Kavitha heads the HR and Training. A post graduate with specialization in Public Administration and an MBA in HR , she has over 12 yrs of experience in HR & Training. She has held senior positions in Enbee Tecnologies, Jubilant and Global Franchise Architects and has IT, Retail and Food industry experience.
