Ravi Panchanadan

Chief Executive Officer

Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He was earlier the SBU Head for the Manufacturing & ECS business verticals of Infosys BPO. His key strengths are P&L management, global client engagement, new client acquisition, operations and people management. He is a respected global thought leader in the Supply Chain industry. Prior to joining Infosys, Ravi was with Intel (2003 – 2008), where, apart from working on putting India on the Intel supplier sourcing map, he was responsible for high value strategic contracts and for setting up and leading global Innovation for the materials group.

Nagendran Sundararajan

Executive Vice President

Nagendran heads Solutions & Business Development at MeritTrac. An engineering graduate from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai and an MBA from Bellevue University, NE, USA, Nagendran has rich experience of working with engineering and technology based companies in his career spanning over two decades. Nagendran has in the past held leadership positions in companies like Larsen & Toubro and Sify Technologies where he put his executive leadership, people management, team building and strategizing skills to best effect. Through his work experience, he has garnered deep knowledge in ICT, Enterprise Telecom, Networks, IT Infrastructure and Data Center & Remote Infrastructure Management.

Sujatha Kumaraswamy

Head Delivery & Operations

Sujatha is a seasoned and successful leader with global leadership experience in conceptualizing, building and managing teams in the areas of Operations and Delivery, Business Strategy, Business Excellence, Risk Management, Large Program Management, Audit and Compliance and Financial Services across a diverse set of industries. She joins us from Cognizant where she spent 9.5 years in different parts of the company including Infrastructure Services, Application Management and most recently the Digital Services and Consulting Business Units. She has worked with General Electric, Wipro Technologies and Tech Mahindra (Satyam) before her Cognizant stint. Sujatha started her career as a Finance Professional with General Electric and worked in India and the US in various GE Business Units.

Sujatha is also a ISO Editor and works with the Bureau of Indian Standards and NASSCOM on a voluntary basis to represent India and author standards for the ISO 20000 series based on ITIL. She has completed her MBA in Finance and Corporate Strategy from IIM, Bangalore and is a Cost Accountant. She is also a Master Black Belt, ITIL V3.0 Expert, ISO 9001 and 20000 Auditor and a Lean Facilitator.

Dr. V Natarajan

Prof. Emeritus - MeritTrac

Dr. Natarajan, a D.Litt in Educational Evaluation and Administration from Pune University is one of the pioneers of learning theories in education in India. He has over 40 years ofexperience in Educational Testing. He was a visiting faculty at ETS, Princeton, USA. He hasbeen a member of the Association of Indian Universities for over three decades.

Dr. Natarajan is the founding member of IACAT (International Association of Computerised & Adaptive Testing) and member of Examination Reforms Committees of the following bodies:
o Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)
o Staff Selection Commission (SSC)
o Association of Indian Universities (AIU)
o NAC
o NBA

He has also consulted with MHRD in the area of exam reforms and been Chief Consultant on Project for Establishment of National Testing Service. He has vast experience of legally defending assessment structures & methodologies of exam bodies like RPSC (Rajasthan) and Kurukshetra University. He has worked with Rajasthan University on question banking workshops between 1976 and 1985.
