  • The DISC test: It is based upon a model which is developed by William Marston who is a psychologist for behavioral assessment. It is classified in how we express the emotions into four behavior types of DISC i.e., dominance (D), influence (I), steadiness (S), and conscientiousness (C). This test helps to understand the candidates better and ways to communicate with them.
  • The 16 types test:  This test gives a perception of the candidate’s source of energy, how they make decisions, the kind of lifestyle they prefer, and their way of processing the information. The results are used as a way to get to know the candidates better. 
  • The Enneagram test: This test follows the personality model which is developed in the teachings of O. Ichazo and C. Naranjo. This model points out nine different personalities which include: the Helper, Reformer, Achiever, Individualist, Investigator, Loyalist, Enthusiast, Challenger, and the Peacemaker.
